RETURN POLICY

Returns:

We will gladly issue a refund for full priced merchandise returned within 14 days of receipt. Products must be in the condition you received them in with the original box and/or packaging.

Clothing and hats must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags intact.

Please do not return the merchandise to the manufacturer, we will handle everything.

If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you can initiate the product and payment return process by sending your order information to your e-mail address support@sneakershall.com

If these conditions are met

- Item is defective.
- Wrong item was shipped.
- Item was missing parts or accessories.
- Sale and Clearance Items may be returned for store credit or exchange only.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item purchased, please contact our Customer Service Department directly at . They will check the availability of the replacement item you are requesting and further explain the steps needed to make the exchange.

Merchandise that is exchangeable can be returned by either mailing to the address above or by bringing it into one of our store locations. Once the original item is received, the replacement merchandise will arrive to you within 7-10 business days.

 

Return Instructions:

All return labels are sent via email PDF file format, service provider will be FedEx unless otherwise stated.

Carefully pack the merchandise in its original box. If you no longer have the original container, please use a suitable box that protects the merchandise.
